Benefit surveys

Bespoke Benchmarking

Our bespoke surveys for HR clubs and sector groups can be of benefits, HR policies, terms and conditions and topics of general interest to the HR/Reward functions of any organisation. The surveys and questionnaires are online and provide groups with an excellent, anonymised, confidential sector resource.

Topics

Bespoke benefit/benchmarkings surveys can cover standard benefits, e.g. holidays, pension, medical insurance, sick pay, parental leave and pay, company cars/allowances; terms and conditions, e.g. hours, overtime, shifts; HR topics, e.g. diversity, equal pay, absence rates, staff turnover. The topics and analyses are tailored to the requirements of the participants and their sector. In these surveys, participants are given the space to comment on topics allowing the group to gain from their experiences. Over time, the survey summaries show trends and developments. A benefits and benchmarking survey provides an HR/Reward group with a reference tool which is available all year round. It also reduces the number of routine questions asked in networking forums.

Online Employee Benefits Questionnaires

The user-friendly online questionnaires for the Alan Jones employee benchmarking surveys provide participants with a straight-forward, easy to understand environment with simple navigation.

In bespoke surveys, the questionnaires are designed in consultation with the participants. In all our online employee benchmarking surveys the information you give is held in the database and fed back at the next survey so that participants only have to check existing information, make changes where their policies have changed and complete any new questions.
