The survey is conducted for each country in the local currency with very occasional exceptions as agreed by the group. The survey covers the same pay elements, e.g. basic pay, bonus, car/car allowance except for China, India and Philippines where additional allowances are included.

As well as the salary information the group have a detailed benefits survey which runs alongside the salary data collection. The benefits survey provides extremely useful detail on the benefits package offered by survey participants in each of the countries in the above table.
